History
Ernesto Coppola & Figli was founded in 1952 by Ernesto Coppola in Mercato San Severino between Naples and Salerno in the south of Italy.
Since its formation, the company has constantly maintained the highest standards of quality and production and adopted stringent controls which make it possible to obtain a genuine, fresh and safe product.
The company distributes the majority of its products to foreign markets, mainly through large retail and foodservice groups in Europe.
