Ernesto Coppola & Figli adopts a systematic and rigorous approach to quality control covering all aspects of food safety from raw materials, harvesting and processing, to the final product.

The company quality control system has been accredited with the Higher Level certification to the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Technical Standard since 2000 and to the International Food Standard (IFS) since 2009.

The BRC Technical Standards and IFS are the most authoritative set of international standards for food production companies.
